The builder has finished on site, but unfortunately, the paintwork throughout the hall, stairs, and three landings has been left with a poor finish. There are visible patches across walls, ceilings, doors, and trims, and the skirting boards have not been prepared or painted to a professional standard. There are 7 doors which need to be painted on Both Sides plus white on the main hall door All woodwork and spindles on stair case The colours remains the same, and the good news is that everything should only require one additional coat to achieve a clean and consistent finish. This includes walls, ceilings, skirting boards, doors, and other wooden trims. To assist with your quote, I’ve attached the floor plans so you can assess the square metre coverage, along with photographs showing the current condition of the surfaces.
