The house is over 5 years old and needs some minor settling cracks repaired before painting. The stairs and hallways are fully carpeted, so excellent floor protection is an absolute requirement. SCOPE OF WORK: 1. PREP & FLOOR PROTECTION: Tasker MUST supply and lay down high-quality carpet protection (e.g., heavy-duty canvas dust sheets or adhesive carpet protector film) for all carpeted stairs and walkways. Rake out, fill, and sand minor hairline settling cracks on the staircase walls. 2. STAIRCASE WALLS (2 Flights Only): Paint the side walls of the stairs leading from the Ground to 1st floor, and 1st to 2nd floor (2 coats of emulsion). Note: The walls leading to the 4th floor do NOT need painting. 3. KITCHEN WALL (1 Wall Only): Paint one straightforward, clear wall in the kitchen measuring 251cm x 295cm (2 coats of emulsion). The remaining kitchen walls are covered by cabinets and garden doors. 4. WOODWORK (All 3 Flights): Prep, light sand, and paint the handrails/handles and spindles across all three flights of stairs (2 coats of satin/gloss).
