Please note the corridor/ staircase/ landing areas . has a high ceiling so you will need to be able access it as it is part of the staircase which is approximately 20 steps total The wallpaper are old is likely to have some cracks or areas in need of plasterwork etc and smoothed down before adding the new lining and painted. All trim areas must also be painted( banister, skirting, radiator etc) Must be able skilled with applying wallpaper to create a neat finished job and must be able complete the job quickly.

I had a dart board up and it's taken away some of the paint behind the board. Therefore need some patch work done. x5 small holes about 2-3 inches wide and tall that need sanding/patching/painting etc over so they blend back in with the whole wall. Person will need to source the paint (and colour match to the wall) and provide own equipment for the job.
