my bathroom ceiling had bubbles where the paint was lifting, so i started peeling it off in big sections initially to bare plaster. however some bits but some are stuck. it's now been in this state for quite a few months. I think it potentially needs sanding/filling over to make smooth surface, priming especially on the bare plaster, with a mist coat so paint in future stays more, ready for me to paint with bathroom anti-mould paint (which I can do).
