We have an old farmhouse. There are piles of junk around such as bits of wood, old shelving, plant pots, LOTS. We need to tidy up the place and make it look more like a tidy garden. I have just moved in and I am overwhelmed with boxes. I want someone to organise the flat. It is a 1 bed flat, and there are a few boxes

IMPORTANT: YOU MUST BE LOCAL. ALSO, YOU MUST BE COMFORTABLE BEING IN A SMOKER'S HOME AND ALSO AROUND A SMALL DOG. I have a storage room (2.5m by 2.5m) that is full (to the ceiling) with boxes (of various sizes) and some loose items in between/around the boxes and on the 3 wall shelves. i need someone to slowly (as in, a few at a time) move the boxes into a corner of my living room for either me to sort out or for us to sort out together. The aim is to get rid at least 70% of the stuff (they're all good, household items, most of them new/unused) and organise the remaining 30% in there. In addition, the 70% that will need to go, needs to.be taken either to charity shops or, if possible, list and sell. I am disabled and cannot walk without crutches. This is why this will need to be done in stages. Therefore, this would suit someone local because, I estimate, it'd take 3-4 visits of 3-4 hours at a time (if helping to sort the contents of thr boxes out, too, otherwise a lot less). I can pay £400 for this from start to finish (if there's help with the sorting out of the boxes' contents) or £200 if it's just moving boxes from/to the storage room and taking whatever I'm not keeping to charity shops or the bin. This, I'm afraid is non-negotiable, as even that is a stretch on my very limited finances.

I'm looking for someone to help me organise my loft tonight from 7:30pm–10:30pm. The job mainly involves: * Sorting and organising stored items. * Grouping similar items together. * Boxing things up and moving some boxes around. * Making space for some furniture that will be going into the loft tomorrow.
