Hi, I’m looking for an experienced professional home organiser/declutterer to help me after I move in Bedford at the end of October/beginning of November. I specifically need help unpacking, decluttering and professionally organising my new home so that everything has a place and the house is functional from the beginning. The work would involve unpacking boxes room by room, sorting belongings into practical categories, identifying duplicates/unnecessary items to donate or discard, and deciding the best location for everything. I need help organising cupboards, drawers, shelves and storage areas so they are practical, tidy and easy for me to maintain long-term. Areas include: • Kitchen – food cupboards, spices, cookware, containers, appliances and everyday items • Bedroom/wardrobe – clothes, cosmetics, accessories and personal belongings • Bathroom – toiletries and bathroom storage • Living room and study/work area • Store/storage room – grouping items logically and making everything easily accessible I would also appreciate someone who can assess the available space and suggest appropriate storage solutions, such as baskets, drawer organisers, containers, shelving or other inexpensive options where needed. My main goal is not simply to empty boxes. I want someone who can create practical organising systems, decide where things should live and help me establish a calm, functional and manageable home that I can maintain afterwards. I am therefore particularly looking for someone with genuine experience in professional home organising and decluttering, rather than general household or cleaning experience. I would initially like approximately 4 hours, with the possibility of booking further sessions if needed. I have some heavy boxes to put in the loft area of my garage. I also need help to move some things out of the garage, clear up the rest and swap a heavy dining table out of the house into the garage and a table into the house from the garage. Kitchen Hallway Cupboard Living Room The Kitchen needs the drawers and cupboards to be organised and decluttered and have everything in a decent place. The Hallway Cupboard needs to be organised and decluttered The Living Room needs to be organised and decluttered Black bags will be provided and anything else that is being decluttered I will dispose of. If someone can help to take lead in this and of course check in on what should stay and go. Also be able to look at the rooms/cupboard and know or have any idea of how things can be best organised.
