Hired for organising and cleaning - this is how our house was left after trusting their service after considering their reviews. Payment was released without our approval - it’s not the profile handler who does the job, they subcontract it. Bins were not removed, surfaces not cleaned, no organisation, did not communicate with us at all throughout the job. Clear instructions were given at the start but nothing was followed. Avoid.

Samvid is a lovely guy and worked continuously without a break. However he arrived 35 mins late without any apology, left 45 mins early, but was very respectful, easy to talk to and pleasant to work with.
