I have two double wall sockets that need replacing. One of them is not working and has visible burn/heat damage, as shown in the photo. I need a qualified electrician to inspect both sockets, check what caused the damage, and replace both double sockets. Please include labour in your quote if possible. I got two separate cleats like those I’d keep the damaged socket unused until it’s checked.

Need to install wiring (1st and 2nd fix) of 8 lights, 11 sockets and 2 bathroom fans. It’s a conversion from offices to flats so some of the wiring is there already. And you DO NOT need to make the walls good etc afterwards, our builder will do that. just run wires and make sure electrics are working and make sense (switches and sockets in the correct places)

I need three existing kitchen pendant lights removed and replaced with three supplied pendant fittings at the same ceiling points. No new wiring or switches are required. The new pendants need to be securely fitted, adjusted to hang evenly at the same height and tested afterwards. I also need a Reolink PoE video doorbell installed. The Cat6 cable has already been routed and is ready to be crimped at both ends. Please provide and fit two suitable Cat6 RJ45 connectors, test the completed cable with a network cable tester, connect it to the Reolink NVR and doorbell, and confirm that everything is working correctly. The angled doorbell wedge has already been drilled and fitted to the brickwork. Hopefully it can remain in its current position, although it may need slight readjustment before the doorbell is mounted. Please also neatly seal/weatherproof the cable entry. I will supply the three pendant lights, Reolink PoE doorbell and angled wedge. Please bring the appropriate electrical tools and tester, RJ45 crimping tool, Cat6 RJ45 connectors, network cable tester and any small fixings or sealant required. Please only make an offer if you are competent with both mains light fitting and Cat6/RJ45 network termination.
