I currently have a large combined socket panel on the wall (including power sockets, TV aerial, and phone/broadband point) positioned high up. I would like this removed and all services relocated lower down the same wall. Scope of work: - Safely remove the existing socket panel - Relocate/extend existing wiring downward within the wall - Install new fittings lower down, including: - Two double plug sockets - One TV aerial socket - One phone/broadband socket For the original socket position: - All wiring to be safely terminated or removed as required - The opening to be fully filled (not just covered), including plaster or filler - The surface to be smoothed and level with the surrounding wall, ready for painting (no visible holes, gaps, or rough edges) Additional notes: - I will provide the socket faceplates (plug sockets, TV, and phone) - Please advise in advance if any additional materials are required Photo attached for reference.

En-suite - replacement of 4no recessed ceiling lights. 9. ⁠Hallway - Supply and install of 3no new recessed ceiling lights for corridor and make good. Including install of metal switches (switch same loc as bathroom switch - see below) 10. Bathroom - removal of existing ceiling light. Install of 2no new recessed ceiling downlights and install of new switch (located in hallway) and make good. 11. Bedroom 2 - fix light switch / light connection. 12. ⁠living room- Remove old antenna inlet and make good. Remove old thermostat and dimmer switch and make good. Replacement switch with dimmer switch and make good. 13. Remove low level satellite dish in garden.
