We are building a retaining wall out the back and some of the holes need to be cleaned out (silt) and about 100mm more of dirt taken out. They are 1m deep holes so its not easy. There are 4 holes to do this too. The excess dirt needs to go down hill to a pile. $350 or $50 per hour. All tools, levels, lasers, barrows etc on site. There is plenty of work here for anyone that wants it.

We’re hearing a slow water dripping sound from the ground-level ceiling in our double-storey house whenever either of the upstairs bathrooms is used (shower, toilet, or sink). There’s no visible ceiling damage or manhole access, but we can remove a ceiling light fitting which gives a ~5 cm inspection hole. Looking for a plumber or leak detection specialist to: • Use a moisture meter, thermal imaging, or borescope through the light fitting to locate the source of the leak. • Confirm if it’s a leaking waste pipe or connection from upstairs bathrooms.

Plumbing Tasks • Blocked Kitchen Sink Drain: Suspected chopstick or similar object lodged in the U-bend under the sink. Needs to be removed to restore proper drainage. • Leaking Kitchen Mixer Tap: Leaking from the base where it meets the benchtop, and also around the hot/cold lever. • Bathroom Sink Tap – Low Water Flow: Very weak water flow even when turned on fully. Needs inspection and repair. • Laundry Tap Loose: The tap is unstable and tilting. Needs to be secured properly. • Toilet Flush Button Not Functioning Properly: The larger flush button is stuck and doesn’t press down. The smaller one works, but neither seems to release a full flush. • Shower Fitting (Hand-Held Head Mount): The mount is missing its front cover and no longer holds the shower head securely.

We bought a second hand Millenium Drumset last year in July 2024. It has been working ok but recently it keeps falling down and we can't keep it up. We believe we have to take it apart and build it again but we need someone who knows about electric drums and has some tools (we may be missing a couple of screws perhaps) to jhelp us build it properly so it doesn't fal down.
