Curtain pole has fallen down and needs to be securely refitted. As shown in the photos, glue/adhesive was previously used around the fitting. Will need additional glue, and even new pole given the old has leftovers, screws and drilling to secure it properly. The wall is a bit tricky and its plasterboard but very meaning that it's difficult to secure it only with screws. Note: one carpenter came and couldn't figure it out how to properly fix it. So looking for someone who has more experience with these new buildings which has cheap materials

Three Curtains to replace. Pull down existing curtains, poles and wooden battens which are stuck on – sand down wall and put some paint where the batten was (this is just a thin strip of wood) Put up new eyelet curtain poles – poles may need some trimming Put up the new curtains Shower Room Re-move the old grout and re-seal around a shower tray and up around the sides as well

Broken lead drainpipe which needs replacing (it's the pipe connected to the bath) It's also on the first floor (so requires a ladder) It needs to be quite thick pvc and a wide pipe, I've taken a picture of the connection to hopefully help

need a professional furniture technician or highly experienced handyman to move TWO identical 3-seater sofas from my living room, down a narrow hallway, and rebuild them in another room on the same floor.Sofa Details (x2):Brand/Model: Nick Scali Nora (3-Seater) - You will be doing TWO of these.Dimensions: 219cm Long x 100cm Deep x 75cm High (per sofa)Style: Solid, single-frame upholstered designer lounges. They do NOT have modular brackets or removable legs.What the job requires for BOTH sofas:Dismantle: Carefully remove the staples from the bottom fabric dust covers to access the interiors, and unbolt the internal engineered hardwood frames (separating the arms/back from the base platforms).Move: Carry the dismantled frame sections safely down a short, tight ground-floor hallway into the adjacent room.Reassemble: Bolt the frames securely back together to factory standard, re-stretch the bottom fabric linings, and neatly re-staple them so they look pristine.Requirements:Must have explicit experience with premium furniture "sofa surgery" / structural frame disassembly.Please bring your own tools, including a full socket/wrench set and a heavy-duty upholstery staple gun to cleanly seal the bases back up.Ground floor only, no stairs involved. Ready for someone to complete this week. Please quote your total price for both items.
