I would like someone to come build a simple pergola (6 posts with transparent corrugated PVC roofing) in my back garden - a simple structure to protect our outdoor furniture from rain. Small hut roof repair garden The roof covering needs replacing with a tarmac sheet. The material can be purchased from B&Q (or please advise if you can supply it). Install and secure the new roofing sheet. 3.Electric shower repair Model: Triton Enrich W800 (or similar W800 Triton electric shower). Issue: PRD (Pressure Relief Device) problem with water leaking. Needs inspection and repair or replacement of faulty parts.

Hi, I’m looking for an experienced roofer to inspect and repair a flat roof on a kitchen extension (approx. 5m wide). We’ve recently noticed small water marks on the kitchen ceiling, so we suspect there may be minor water ingress from the roof. I am looking for a qualified roofer/tradesperson to complete a fibreglass (GRP) overlay on a small enclosed balcony (6m²). I will have already handled the heavy cleaning and will handle the final site clearance/waste removal. I need a professional for the technical installation to ensure it is 100% watertight. Your Scope of Work: Technical Prep: Sanding/buffing the entire floor area to create a mechanical key and removing any remaining loose or flakey substrate. GRP Application: Laying reinforcement mesh, applying resin (ensuring it is carried up the upstands for a seamless seal), and finishing with a UV-resistant topcoat. Detailing: Inspecting/repairing lead flashings at the wall junctions and applying high-grade sealants where necessary. Materials: Quote should include all materials (Resin, Mesh, Catalyst, Topcoat, and Sealants). Requirements: Warranty: I require a 2-year workmanship guarantee in writing upon completion. Experience: Please provide examples or photos of previous GRP/Fibreglass roofing work. Communication: I am looking for someone reliable who can confirm a start date and stick to it. My Contribution (to save time/cost): Area will be fully cleared of all furniture and debris. Pre-washed and swept clean before you arrive.
