Reconnect and commission a Daikin RXM25 R32 split-system air conditioner. The outdoor unit was disconnected approximately one year ago by a certified air conditioning engineer to allow for roofing works and is currently sitting on my flat roof. The existing pipework, power supply and communication cables remain in place at the intended installation location on a higher roof level (approximately 2 metres above the unit’s current position). The unit therefore just needs to be lifted into position and reconnected. The work required is: * Lift the outdoor unit into position. * Reconnect the refrigerant pipework, power supply and communication cable. * Pressure test the system with nitrogen. * Vacuum the system. * Charge refrigerant as required. * Test and commission the system, including checking temperatures and operation. Must be a fully qualified HVAC engineer and hold a valid REFCOM / F-Gas certification. Please confirm your credentials in your offer.

Roof repair — restore section to good condition (matching existing) We need a qualified, insured roofer to repair a section of an older tiled roof on a commercial barn office in Stansted (CM24). The roof is a traditional handmade clay/slate-tile roof and is shared with an adjoining unit — we only need work done on the section over our own unit. To be clear upfront: we are not looking for a full roof renewal, re-covering, or any upgrade work. We simply need the affected section brought back to sound, watertight, good condition — a like-for-like repair, not a renovation. The work required: Repair/replace failed and damaged tiles on our section of the roof only Use reclaimed or matching tiles so the repair blends with the existing roof (tile type, colour and finish to match) Replace felt/battens beneath only where genuinely necessary Leave the roof sound, watertight and tidy on completion Please do not quote for: Full slope re-covering or renewal Switching to concrete or non-matching tiles Upgrades such as dry-verge ventilation systems, new flashings or new guttering, unless a specific item is actually damaged and needs replacing When quoting, please provide: An itemised price (labour, scaffolding, materials, waste removal) — not a single lump sum Confirmation the price covers our section only A brief note on what you think caused the damage (e.g. general age/wear vs. a specific event) Details of your insurance and any guarantee on the work Scaffolding will likely be needed for safe access. Photos of the roof available on request.
