The structure is a BillyOh Winchester Garden Office 5m x 4m (20m² footprint), pressure treated, 44mm walls, 15mm T&G floor and roof, double-glazed door and window units, green mineral felt roof, and premium guttering both sides. A preliminary site visit before the job is welcome and encouraged. BillyOh's own guide suggests 4–6 hours depending on size and experience. Given this is their largest Winchester, we're working to a realistic 14–16 hours across two days and welcome your view on that estimate. We'll pre-check materials on delivery but ask that the installer also verifies completeness before starting. We're particularly looking for someone who: • Has experience erecting BillyOh or similar interlocking log cabin kits • Carries their own tools (some available on site) • Is based reasonably locally to E17 • Holds appropriate insurance for workmanship and third-party liability • Is happy to accommodate a work experience volunteer during the build if a young person is interested A small contingency float is available for unforeseen requirements. Custom Outdoor Timber Storage Unit Required I am looking for a carpenter, shed builder or handyman to build and install a custom timber storage unit in my front porch area in East London. Purpose: The unit will be used to store a folded Burley Tail Wagon bicycle trailer. The trailer dimensions when folded are approximately: * Length: 145 cm * Width: 86 cm * Thickness: 42 cm The trailer cannot be rolled when folded, so it needs to be easy to place into and remove from the storage unit without lifting it over high sides. Available space: * Maximum length available: 220 cm * Maximum depth available: 78 cm * Maximum height (below window sill): 108 cm Preferred external dimensions: Length: 155–160 cm Depth: 50–55 cm Height: 95–100 cm Internal dimensions should comfortably accommodate a folded Burley Tail Wagon trailer measuring approximately 145 × 86 × 42 cm. Key requirements: * Pressure-treated timber construction suitable for year-round outdoor use. * Fully weatherproof roof and sides. * Opening from one long side (preferred) or from one end. * Large access opening to allow the folded trailer to be slid or lifted in from the side access path. * Lockable door(s) for basic security. * Sloping roof to shed rainwater. * Design to sit neatly below the bay window sill. I need someone to fully sweep the moss of my extension roof, take away the moss if necessary and finally put some sealant round two exterior windows as concerned water is getting in and leaking onto extension roof. You will need to bring ladder, sealant and broom. You can access the roof quite easily with a ladder. Ignore the arrow on the image but the sealant needs to go around two lowest window frames.
