I'm looking for someone to supply and fit a simple, budget-friendly door for the entrance to my cellar/vault at my lower ground floor flat in W14. The existing door frame is rotten and will need to be removed and replaced as part of the job. The door doesn't need to be decorative – just a basic, solid, weather-resistant door that can be securely closed and locked. A standard ledged-and-braced timber door (or similar) would be ideal if suitable. The job includes: - Supplying a new door and replacement frame. - Removing and disposing of the existing rotten door frame. - Fitting the new door and frame so it opens and closes properly. - Installing basic hinges and a lock/latch. - Installing a vent - Painting the frame and door if needed. - Tidying up after the work. I've included photos of the existing opening, as well as a photo of one of the other vault doors in the building to show the type of simple finish I'm looking for. Please include the cost of both labour and materials in your quote, and let me know what type of door you would install.

Washing machine and dryer are built into a wall between the WC and another wall. Need to remove the shelf (you will need a saw and skilled labour) and move the washing machine as far out as possible for the washing machine contractor to have access to the pipes behind the washing machine. the washing machine is not on an elevated surface. Nobody can assist you so may need 2 people or some sort of tool.

I need an experienced door technician or locksmith to repair a commercial frameless glass entrance door. The door is fitted with a GEZE floor spring and has stopped closing slowly. Instead, it slams shut. I believe the hydraulic oil has leaked from the floor spring, so it may need repairing, adjusting, or replacing. I'm looking for an experienced handyman or painter to complete two maintenance jobs at a property in Fulham, London.  Job 1: Wall Paint Touch-Up The staircase walls have multiple scuff marks, scratches, and stains (see attached photos). Requirements: * Clean and prepare the affected areas. * Sand and fill minor imperfections if needed. * Refresh the paint only on the affected areas. * The new paint must blend seamlessly with the existing paint, with no obvious patch marks, paint lines, or colour differences. * Please do not simply paint small patches. The repair should be feathered and blended into the surrounding wall so it looks as natural as possible. * Please bring your own tools and materials. If matching the paint is required, please advise.  Job 2: Shower Glass Door Roller Repair The roller on the shower glass door is faulty and needs to be repaired or replaced. Requirements: * Inspect the shower door rollers. * Repair or replace the faulty roller. * Ensure the glass door slides smoothly and is properly aligned after the repair.  Budget Please read before making an offer. We have strict budget constraints, so we are only looking for someone who is happy to work at £30 per hour.
