I have an open hallway entrance in a brick wall that I want to close off with a standard internal hinged door. The opening width is 930mm and ceiling height is 2400mm. I will supply the pre-hung door and the handle/ latch. The job will involve installing the timber door frame (jamb) into the brick opening, hanging the door, fitting the supplied handle and latch, and installing architraves on both sides of the doorway. Opening is currently just a hallway with no door frame. Please quote for labour and any installation materials. Photos of the opening are attached

Hi, I require someone to help with the following. I have attached all the relavant pictures 1. Redo silicone across the bathtub as it has blacked/yellowed out including 3 taps. Also need to seal the kitchen sink with silico e again 2. Grouting has been removed in a few places.this has to be fixed 3. There are 3-4 cracks on kitchen slab. I’m looking for a plasterer/labourer to complete all remaining plastering in my garage so it is fully ready for painting. I started the project but was injured and couldn’t finish. Current status: • All gyprock sheets are installed • Left wall is complete (base coat + top coat applied, sanded, paint-ready) • Parts of the ceiling have base coat applied and need sanding and top coat • Remaining ceiling areas and the right wall require gaps filled, base coat, top coat, and sanding Scope of work (to be fully completed by you): • Fill all joints, gaps and screw holes • Sand and apply top coat to all areas where base coat has already been applied • Apply base coat and top coat to all unfinished areas • Sand all surfaces so the entire garage is smooth and ready for painting • Leave no plastering work incomplete Time estimate: Approximately 6–8 hours of labour, possibly more — happy to discuss. Tools & materials: • Ladder and basic tools available • Base coat and top coat supplied, however they are past best-before, so you may prefer to bring your own Other details: • This is a garage (not inside the house), so I’m not after a premium finish — just a neat, paint-ready result • Flexible with work times • Please only accept if you can complete the full scope within your quoted budget Photos are attached and I’m happy to send a video walkthrough if helpful.
