Looking for someone to inspect and repair an internal commercial door. The door currently slams shut quite hard and doesn't appear to sit correctly within the frame when closed. It may need adjustment to the closer, hinges, latch plate, frame alignment, or other hardware. I can provide a video as well but i can't upload it here! I'd like someone to: - Inspect the door and identify the cause of the issue - Adjust and/or repair the door so it closes smoothly without slamming - Ensure the door fits properly within the frame and latches correctly - Supply any small fixings or hardware required as part of the repair (please advise if major parts are needed) - Also replace the handle This is at a business premises, so ideally looking for someone with experience adjusting commercial doors and door closers.

I need a Cat Mate/Closer Pets cat flap installed in an internal wooden door between my house and utility/gym room. The cat flap has already been purchased and comes with fittings and instructions. Installation requires cutting a 223 mm circular hole in the lower panel of the door and fitting the flap. The door is a standard painted internal panel door. I would like the flap fitted neatly and securely, with any exposed edges finished cleanly. Please bring any tools required (hole saw/jigsaw, drill, etc.).
