Move the existing shelves in a built-in cupboard to new heights. The shelves currently sit on timber batten strips screwed to the side walls. I need the battens unscrewed and refixed at new positions, with the shelves refitted level and secure. Reusing the existing shelves and battens is fine. It’s two, possibly three, shelves depending on what already lines up. The cupboard • Internal width ~78cm, total height ~229cm (floor to top), shelf depth ~30cm. • The walls are mixed: part plasterboard, part solid wall. Please bring fixings for both (plasterboard anchors and plugs/screws for masonry). • The shelves only carry lightweight mesh laundry baskets (about 4kg each), but they must be level and securely fixed. Old batten holes can be filled or left as you prefer. It’s inside a cupboard, so a tidy job rather than a perfect finish is fine. Level and weight-bearing is what matters.

The base of our bay sash window appear to have been made with softwood and has rotten patches in the corners. I have tried to remove as much of the rotten wood as possible, treat the surrounding wood and fill where possible. There are some wooden pieces that need to be replaced. Would suite someone with window replacement / maintenance experience.

We need someone to construct two bathroom vanities for us. We have the external wood materials, but we don't have the internal drawer mechanisms. We will need you to order the internal draw mechanisms. - One bathroom vanity is to be 700 mm wide. We have 800 mm wide cabinets that will need to be shaved down or cut down to size. - The other will be 1 m wide. We do not require the sinks to be added; we have someone else who will do that. We need to be able to have a waste pipe on the first shelf. The second shelf is fine as is, but we do not have the drawer mechanism there. We have a unit which has a cover that just rests in place. We’d like help to add hinges to the top so it lifts up… and to add a shelf inside. Please provide the hinge and wood for the shelf. The hinge can be a toy box type hinge or standard ones, as long as they’re not seen from the front. Thanks!
