Hi, I’m looking for someone to carry out a small roofing job on a single-storey garage roof. The job is to fit two mounting rails for a solar panel setup onto a pitched roof. The rails and fixings will be supplied. Access is straightforward and the roof is single storey, so should be a fairly quick job for someone with the right experience. Ideally looking for someone who has done similar work (solar rail installs or roofing fixings) and can ensure everything is securely fitted and weatherproof.

Looking for an experienced handyman or roofer to repair some external damage caused by a squirrel and help prevent it happening again. Scope of work: • Repair or replace a damaged wooden fascia board • Repair or replace a section of guttering in the same area • Supply and install protective wire mesh to prevent future access Access: • Located above a first-floor window • You will need a long ladder or suitable access equipment • Must be comfortable working at height Requirements: • Bring your own ladder, tools, and equipment • Experience with guttering, fascia/roofline work, or similar • Able to assess whether repair or replacement is needed • Ideally have photos of similar work Materials: • Happy to cover materials separately or include in your quote Other: • Looking for a proper, long-term fix rather than a temporary patch • Flexible on timing but would like this sorted soon

I have a customer who needs a roof vent fitting for a 100mm Aircon outlet. Must be fully insured. Must be experienced roofer. I went to install thinking the bedroom was middle floor which is a standard core drill. Instead it will need a few tiles moving and a vent kit supplied and fitted. There's is a velux roof window skylight right next to the roof space so there's a possibility that this may be done from inside the property?
