I am looking for an experienced Tasker to install a ceiling mounted curtain system to create a private enclosed space within an open plan studio. The space has exposed concrete ceilings, beams, ducts and services. The curtain will need to be fixed securely into the ceiling structure and likely follow a curved or rectangular track depending on your recommendation. I have attached photos of the space from multiple angles so you can assess ceiling type, height and constraints. I have also attached a photo of where a curtain (not a suitable one) has been previously installed in the office to show how it worked with the roof. Scope of work Supply or advise on required fixings and hardware Install ceiling mounted track Hang sheer or semi opaque curtain panels to create privacy Ensure safe and professional finish suitable for a commercial studio environment Additional notes Ceiling height is high and access equipment may be required This is an office and studio space so neatness and structural safety is important Open to your recommendation on materials and approach Would prefer someone with prior experience installing ceiling mounted or commercial curtain systems Please quote labour separately from any materials if possible and include examples of similar work if available.

I’m looking for a licensed and insured gyprocker to carry out ceiling patching, sanding and sagging repair work in my home. The ceiling was a glue only job, so if current gyprock can be screwed to the ceiling battens. Most rooms are currently empty with minimal furniture, so it should make access and clean-up slightly easier :) Rooms Overview Kitchen (The room mostly affected by sagging): Remove and replace approximately 6 square meters of gyprock ceiling. Open to suggestions here…. Living Room: 2x old oyster light holes & 1x speaker hole Dining Room: 1x AC vent, 1x oyster light hole, 1x speaker hole Garage: 2 x AC vent holes, 1x old speaker hole, 1x downlight hole and 6x old screw holes. We need our front door and garage door replaced. We will need someone who has experience in this and the tools, the doors will need to be cut to size and I’m not sure about how the current frame works with the next door but if that needs to be replaced ect we will need someone who knows how to do that, will also need the door handle hole to be cut and any advice on what door will work better, 100% solidcore doors, as well as hinges and anything else we will need. Obviously we will purchase everything and the price is just labour costs. Front door is 2040 x 813 x 40, so needs the width cut Garage door is 2035 x 767 x 35, so needs the width and height cut. But if someone could measure before obviously cutting ect that would be great. The current doors are REALLY old. Please only message if you’re experienced in this and have done it before thank you.
