I need a tennis court worth of chain mesh fencing (approx. 100 linear metres) fully dismantled in Medowie NSW and transported to my rural property in Dry Plain 2630 (4WD-only access track). PART 1 — Dismantling in Medowie (easy access) You will need to: ✔ Remove chain mesh fencing cleanly ✔ Roll mesh neatly into tight, manageable rolls ✔ Cut tie-wires cleanly (no sharp leftovers) ✔ Remove top/bottom/bias rails ✔ Angle-grind posts at slab level (no concrete removal required) ✔ Stack all materials neatly for loading ✔ Remove all scrap wire and leave site clean Materials include: • 10–15 chain mesh rolls • ~20–30 posts (2.2–2.8 m) • ~20–30 rails (3.0–3.2 m) • Gate frame (if present) • Fittings + tension wires PART 2 — Transport to Dry Plain NSW Transport Requirements: • Must be 4WD (my property is only accessible via 4WD track) • Must have tandem-axle flatbed trailer (12–14 ft) OR an off-road tradesman trailer • Load weight is approx. 350–500 kg (no concrete footings) • Longest pieces: 3.2 m rails You will: ✔ Load all materials in Medowie ✔ Transport approx. 480–520 km ✔ Unload materials safely at my property Budget: Please supply your full quote including: • Dismantle labour • Transport (fuel + time) • Delivery to site

I have 7 interior door frames that need to be replaced. 3 have been rusted out by water damage (looking to replace these three after a tiler repairs our shower). I need new skirting board and cornicing done all around my house, roughly 74m total length of skirting and 74m total length of cornicing in my 3x1. I’ll provide a floor plan. Materials purchased, labour only. Need to hang 14 sheets of 16mm plasterboard on the ceiling and 8x 13mm sheets on the wall. This on only half of gyprock needed, I’ve ordered enough materials to not restrict space too much. Will post another job after getting the remaining materials.
