JOB TITLE: Kitchen Vinyl Floor Installation – Measure, Advise & Fit flooring. LOCATION: N1 9DG. JOB DESCRIPTION: I'm looking for an experienced Tasker to help me replace the flooring in my kitchen in our community pantry with new vinyl flooring. The job involves two visits and is split into the following stages: VISIT 1 – Measure Up • Come to my property and accurately measure the kitchen floor area (approximately 4ft wide x 6ft long, but please measure precisely). • Assess the existing floor condition and note any prep work that may be needed (e.g. levelling, removing old flooring). • Advise me on exactly how much vinyl to order, including any recommended overage/wastage allowance. • If possible, recommend suitable vinyl types or suppliers based on the space. BETWEEN VISITS • I will purchase the vinyl based on your measurements and advice. • Please let me know when you're available for the fitting visit once materials have arrived. VISIT 2 – Fitting • Lay and fit the vinyl flooring neatly and professionally. • Trim to size, ensure clean edges to skirting boards/kickboards. • Leave the area clean and tidy on completion. OR we can measure and order enough vinyl with some room for error to avoid two visits, then it would just be the fitting. ✅ REQUIREMENTS: • Experience fitting vinyl flooring. • Own tools (Stanley knife, straight edge, roller, etc.). • Ability to advise on material quantities. • Reliable and able to commit to two separate visits.
