Hi, I renovated 15 yeas ago. Having carpet layed in my bedrooms. At the time the floor boards very soft in areas and the builder laid some type of tin product over parts on the floor …. Hi, I’m moving into a house in Pakenham and looking to get hybrid flooring installed over existing tiles in early March. I’m after a budget-friendly 6.5–7mm hybrid SPC floor in a medium natural oak colour (matte finish). I want it installed in the two living areas, kitchen, and hallway, with carpet staying in bedrooms and tiles staying in wet areas. Based on my floor plan, the install area should be around 80–85 sqm, so I’d like a quote including: • Supply + install per sqm • Total estimated cost • Whether it can go directly over tiles • How long the job would take • Earliest availability around early March I’m mainly looking for the most affordable, durable option suitable for a home with one cat.
