Summer party 6pm to 12. Summer buffet and bar. Greeting guests if needed. Serving drinks . Pre-made liberation cocktails .. plus aperol spritz / gin and tonic plus wine plus beer. Looking for a mobile pop up bar/concession stand for an outdoor theatre event at Kew Gardens. We would require the bar from 25th July until 30th August (excluding Mondays) open from 6.30pm until 9.30pm. We require soft drink options, basic canned/bottled alcoholic drinks, chips, sweets, packaged snacks etc. The number of patrons fluctuates depending on the day, we’re anticipating an average of 150-200 on weekdays and 350 on weekends. We are able to provide more information on number of attendees as the season progresses. Please note: Patrons are welcome to bring their own food and beverages to the performance so the bar is only required for those that want to purchase any extras. Must have own liquor license

The objective is to improve the overall customer experience by creating a warmer, more premium retail environment.
