We run busy street food burger vans at events and markets within 30 miles of Pangbourne, Reading (RG8) and need reliable temporary catering staff to join us on an ongoing, flexible basis. What you'll be doing: cooking burgers and sides on a flat top grill, food prep, serving customers, taking payments, and keeping the van clean and tidy throughout service. What we're looking for: Previous experience working in catering, street food, or a similar fast paced food environment is essential Competent cook who can handle a busy grill during rush periods Confident dealing with customers and working as part of a small team A Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate is a plus, but we can help arrange this Own transport is helpful as event locations vary Shifts are ad hoc and mostly weekends and evenings, so this suits someone with flexible availability who wants regular casual work over the summer and beyond.
