I need a water pump and thermostat replacement on a 2015 Audi A5 1.8 TFSI. Based in E13. I have the parts. Nickoye please get in touch again as the previous task expired.

We have a thermostatic shower that is constantly dripping - someone came to look at it needs to be completely replaced because the parts aren’t made anymore - he suggested we change it to a bar shower but this will need installing and potentially tiles removed and put back. Ideally someone who can also do tiling

Hetta Thermostat Help My thermostat is making a loud humming noise (sounds like a generator) and unless I switch off all the power, it doesn't stop. I have looked it up online, but am no expert and don't want to mess with the internal connections/ wiring. I contacted Hetta and this was their response: By the sounds of it you have a faulty thermostat as the thermostat should not be humming. this would point toward a possible electrical fault and would suggest not turning it on until you have an electrician look at it. I would suggest having an electrician inspect the thermostat to give a diagnosis to the humming and why the thermostat isn’t showing the room temperature.

Anyone able to quote on reconnecting a salus thermostat back to the boiler. During a rewire it stopped working and need someone to set it up again. The boiler mounted receiver most probably needs attention. Based in the UB4 area of Hillingdon. Thanks

My Hive thermostat is connected to the receiver however it doesn’t send the signal to for the heat to work. Boiler is working there is hot water, just no heat. I need someone who can diagnose the issue/repair if needed which may be the zone valve/actuator rather then the HiVE thermostat.

My shower keeps switching between scalding hot and freezing cold… done a bit of research online, looks like it’s an issue with the Thermostatic Cartridge. Need to remove the cartridge and assess the situation, it might just need a descale. Just not really sure how. I’m guessing it’s not a huge job. If time and skills permit I’d also like to hand a couple of hooks on the wall, just not confident with a drill. Thanks.

Hi, I’m having an issue with my boiler and heating system. The boiler keeps firing continuously for central heating, even when I turn the room thermostat down to a low temperature. However, when I switch the system to hot water only, the boiler stops normally. It seems like the heating is constantly calling for heat. I’m using a Danfoss wall thermostat/controller, and I suspect either the thermostat or the receiver might be faulty or stuck. Could you please come and take a look?

I have a new thermostat which needs swapping for the old one. There’s instructions with the new one but may need some wiring and checking with a phase tester first. Should hopefully be a mega quick job!
