Hello, hope all is well. I need help with - 1. removing and replacing a floating toilet bowl and push plate 2. changing the cartridge in a shower 3. removing and replacing bath panel

I need the thermostat relocated; it's currently hidden behind a door on the second floor. I need it relocated to the kitchen on the ground floor.

Primarily, the boiler needs serving. It's working and does the job but hasn't been serviced recently so needs doing. The mains water stopcock has developed a leak and that needs sorting and cleaning. Additionally, the radiators throughout the flat are sporadic and have a mind of their own, sometimes coming on when not needed and failing to come on when they are needed in spite of automatic timing controls on the boiler. This may be a thermostat control issue. Would like this diagnosed and fixed. Rads also need bleeding every now and then which I would like resolved. One last thing, and this is only if possible. If you are a qualified electrician as well as gas safe qualified I have a bathroom extractor fan that doesn't automatically turn itself off. The mains switch for it has developed a fault and can't be "switched" to the off position either. If you are also qualified as an electrician then let me know here and maybe you could take a look at that too.

Thermostat is not working need to check , due to that the radiator are not working and in the bathroom the tub bath sink is not completely closed, so water getting drain even it closed.
