Boiler seems to be over pressured, guest is not getting hot water or heating

Boiler has stopped working, no heating. Need someone to assist with repair asap please. We do have hot water from a separate tank. Looks like an old boiler called a Potterton Netaheat 16-22

This boiler is not working as it should and I was recommended to replace the heating elements. So looking for someone to do this... It's not heating water well or fast enough, it costs me insane amount of money (like summertime around £100 goes to just have hot water in the morning for one shower session). Now it provides barely warm water after 3 hours of heating water. I don't know price for this work so please do let me know how much materials and labour will cost!

Heating system not working. Radiators are completely cold. Boiler is showing a flashing alarm/fault light and will not reset. System appears locked in fault mode and requires inspection and repair.

Hi, I need a qualified plumber to fix a leak on the cold-water inlet pipe to my boiler. It’s the white PVC section next to the unit. I’ve put some teflon tape on it as a temporary fix, but the elbow or the whole pipe section needs replacing. I’d also like the boiler service done at the same time.

I have a boiler that works very well, but i don’t know hoy to set the timer, for the heating to start in the morning and then end at night. Now it is way too hot. Maybe it needs a timer installation.

My Siemens Thermostat recieve broke, I have purchased a new model. However I need an electrician to replace the transmitter. There is nothing wrong with the boiler - just need the old model changing for the new model.

We have a bathroom cabinet which has lights built in. It looks to be all wired in correctly. We’ve tried replacing the bulbs but it is still not working. Would also like a shaver power port installed if possible. We have also purchased a new heating system tado, but it requires power to the compartment the boiler is stored in. There is currently a cable running there so I believe they just needs to be a new socket added.

We have been having issues with our boiler. The latest boiler engineer said that the issues could be caused by the build up of bird droppings falling onto the external boiler flue and stopping air getting into the boiler. Therefore we would like someone to come and clear/clean the flue, which is about 10' off the ground in the alleyway next to our flat (which is ground floor/basement). We have a step ladder which I think would be high enough, but you may wish to bring your own ladder.
