Scope of Works: • Inspect the area around the boiler flue and assess surface condition • Prepare surfaces by removing loose material, excess filler, and debris • Sand uneven areas to level the surface • Fill and smooth gaps around the flue collar to create a clean, flush finish • Apply plaster or suitable filler as required to achieve a uniform wall surface • Allow adequate drying time and carry out final sanding • Prime repaired area if needed • Paint to match existing wall colour and finish Materials Likely Required: • Filler and/or plaster (suitable for internal wall repairs) • Sandpaper or sanding block • Primer / mist coat • White emulsion paint (or colour to match existing wall) • Caulking (if required for neat finish around flue edge) Finish Required: A tidy, professional finish with no visible gaps, rough edges, or patch marks. The repaired area should blend in with the existing wall and look as though the flue installation was originally finished to a high standard. Additional Notes: • Boiler and flue are already installed and operational • No changes required to the boiler or flue itself • This is purely cosmetic / making good works

We recently moved into the house but various radiators are not working and we would like the boiler to be looked at to be serviced. I think the system may need flushing ? We plan to do extensive works in 2-3 years so for now we would just like to get it working as best as we can. We also have a bath tap in the top bathroom which is disconnected from its fixing.

This boiler is not working as it should and I was recommended to replace the heating elements. So looking for someone to do this... It's not heating water well or fast enough, it costs me insane amount of money (like summertime around £100 goes to just have hot water in the morning for one shower session). Now it provides barely warm water after 3 hours of heating water. I don't know price for this work so please do let me know how much materials and labour will cost!
