We were on a holiday for a month. Came back and noticed that the boiler had switched off and one of the mains had dropped. Would also like a shaver power port installed if possible. We have also purchased a new heating system Tado, but it needs to be wired in. Very Small boiler room has cracks on walls and ceiling to be filled smoothed and painted on . In the same boiler room, a small surface to have laminate flooring to be done. This boiler is not working as it should and I was recommended to replace the heating elements. So looking for someone to do this... It's not heating water well or fast enough, it costs me insane amount of money (like summertime around £100 goes to just have hot water in the morning for one shower session). Now it provides barely warm water after 3 hours of heating water. I don't know price for this work so please do let me know how much materials and labour will cost!
