Looking for someone experienced and reliable to complete a few jobs around my home: * Assemble 1 x IKEA day bed (Hemnes) * Assemble 1 x IKEA bookcase (Billy) * Replace 3 ceiling light fittings – kitchen, front room and bathroom ( 2 are hanging) * Fill/sand screw holes left from the old light fittings (approx. 5 areas) * Touch up/paint over the filled areas so they’re neat and blended with the existing white ceiling/walls Please bring the appropriate tools for assembly, electrical fitting and filling/sanding. I can provide the white paint Ideally looking for someone who can complete all jobs in one visit and leave everything clean and tidy afterwards. Please confirm that you’re comfortable fitting/replacing ceiling lights and have the appropriate electrical experience.

I need my tv mounted to my plasterboard wall

I have a rubbish bin that is second hand and currently red. It has some rust and paint chips - so the surface needs preparing (some paint stripping, surface sanding, filling, masking, and repainting (primer, RAL orange spray paint, and clear coat)… it is for an exhibition so is quite urgent… I have bought the materials, it just needs someone to do it.

A small job for an experienced carpenter/joiner to hang a new internal door. The door has already been planed to size and fits the opening, so won’t need any resizing or trimming. I just need someone to: * Fit and recess the hinges into the door and frame. * Hang the door so it is straight, flush and operates smoothly with even gaps. * Fit a pull handle to the door (pull handle only – no latch or lock mechanism). The frame is already in place, and the door is ready to be hung. I’ve attached a photo of the opening. Tools: * I have tools available, including a planer and chisels. * Ideally, you’ll bring your own professional tools. Parking: * I’ll cover the cost of parking. Looking for: * Someone with experience hanging internal doors. * Attention to detail – I’d like the door aligned properly with clean hinge recesses and a good finish. I need someone to replace skirting boards in medium sized bedroom, replace and install 5 double plug sockets and replace existing light fixture. Also install shelves in and a coat rail in a closet which is also in the room. All materials provided, including skirting, coat rail and shelves.
