Hi, I need a small 60cm shelf installed securely on an internal wall. I believe the wall is plaster over brick. I previously tried installing it but the holes didn’t hold properly, so they’ve now been filled and will need fresh holes drilled into solid brick behind the plaster. The shelf will only hold light items (a small box and a candle), but I want it fitted securely and level. Please bring appropriate tools and fixings for brick walls. Thanks 🙂

Hi, I have two heavy mirrors I need to hang. I have a hook for one of them but I need a wall plug for the other which is a full length wall mirror.

1. Plane the bottom of a door that is sticking (I assume the door will need to be removed and then re-hung) 2. Reversing the swing of another internal door and then re-hang, with whatever repositioning of hinges / hardware, that is required 3. Put up a mirror which weighs 10 kilos and has a 100cm diameter. Both doors are internal wooden doors.

I have ordered two sets of made to measure wooden blinds to fit into my window recess and have two mirrors to hang on my walls. The windows are approximately 85cm x 85cm. I have attached photos of a guidebook to the place which describes the materials that may make up the recess, but I'm not entirely sure. The sides are likely to be plasterboard over masonry walls. You would need to test the walls, bring your own drill (I can source a cordless or corded drill) and if you tell me, I can go and buy the appropriate wall plugs and screws in advance or on the day. You would also need a hacksaw to trim the header for the blinds. For someone who knows what they are doing, the videos on the blinds website make it seem like a 10 minute job. For the mirrors, I have two Liljetrad mirrors from IKEA that need to be hung in the hallway and the bedroom. Thanks!

Hello, I’m looking to hang a picture frame on a wall in my kitchen and a plant hanger. The wall is solid brick and so I don’t have the tools and I figured if someone is coming for one, you might be able to do the other for me too. I’d like the picture online up with another one in the same space

i need one internal door redone , i had it done by someone on here last week who has done an horrendous job , i need to rebuy a door and have it redone They didnt even have the correct tools they told me my doors was wrong so we went to buy another he stole chisels and circuler saw from b&q ! so I need help my door frame size is height 1930 width is 760 , can i buy the door in the picture and can someone with the correct tools and knowledge please do a good job I can go and collect the door once I know this one will be ok and already have the fittings . iv also attached photo of the job iv just paid for so you know im not just a complete moaner without reason ! honestly my granddaughters could of done better with a knife & fork ! it doesn’t have to be tomorrow
