The flags have moved over time but most are intact and just need relaying and repointing. A handful will need replacing. The biggest issue with the job is the weight of the flags, which are 3x2 paving slabs.

Radiator is not working, I think the valve is stuck

my treadmill stops everytime i step on it. its not broken. the bottom part still keeps moving but the belt stops. even after i increase the speed, the belt still stops when i step on it. id please like to know the total cost of repair, including if you have to send someone over to take a look first. i already have the lubricant and the tools that came with the treadmill to open and close it.

Also taking off old pipe cover and boxing it up neatly to now show gaps and also under the radiator pipes covering up too. Radiator and boxing up wood will be provided. The doors had to be taken off when the carpets were installed and both need to be shaved down so that they fit again. Lastly require 2x lampshades to be installed to the ceiling light in the bedroom and living room. Location is Hindley. - Due date: Flexible
