Find reliable baseboards services in Central London

I have been looking at my options for fixing the gap between my newly restored wooden floor and my skirting board. Beading is not a solution as it only fits in some places, not all. The gap is bigger and smaller in places, its irregular. We have beading around the rooms currently and it doesn't work. So I then looked at replacing the skirting boards completely but that is so expensive to do. So now I am exploring the option of filling the gap. I assume there is something like expandable foam and the wood wax or plaster that can fix the gap. I want to know realistically what the outcome will be as I want the finish to look clean where the skirting board meets the floor. I really need to understand the best option for this. And I have no idea of the cost so I just put something and you can advise me. I do want this to look as good as possible - so willing to hear ideas, thank you. I have provided pictures - however the gaps as mostly covered by beading at the moment, which I want removed.

Just had a damp proof course in my kitchen. They were unable to replace all the skirting boards because some were rotten. I need new ones bought (ive got an example of the old ones to match as near as possible) and then fitted. The damp proof people recommended sticking them rather than screwing. About 5 metres in all.

I need to remove the skirting board to access the dishwasher. It is one large plank and is quite hard to pull back. I would also like someone who can drill a frame on the wall for me (seperate task low priority)

Hi, I need a handyman/qualified tradie to repair a damaged lower part of a wall where the old skirting board was removed (please note this is a whole one-sided wall despite the pictures, measuring 320 cm including a small corner). The wall and laminate flooring now have a visible gap (see photos). What I need done: - Clean and prep the exposed area - Patch/repair the damaged wall edge (plaster/compound) - Fill or cover the floor-to-wall gap neatly without installing a new skirting board, because I need space for furniture - Ensure the finish is smooth, tidy, and matches the existing wall and floor as closely as possible Spare laminate boards that match the floor is provided to fill in the gap. I need a handyman to come and remove a tile skirting board from beneath a shower and replace it with a wooden skirting board that can be screwed on and off and then also trim the end of a skirting board in the kitchen. This is so both skirting boards allow easy access to the cavity behind them as I had a previous rat infestation (that a treatment has been sucessfully completed for), so that builders can come and pest proof my flat.

We've a base/skirting in our kitchen they no longer stays in place. Whenever the dishwasher is opened the board pops out again. It looks like the clipping mechanism has broken off.
