We need the floorboards fixed and the carpet to be refitted in a small section of the hallway and the bedroom. Essentially, there was a leak in one of the pipes under the floorboards which is why we had to remove the carpet in that area and the floorboard to access the pipe. There are 3 spots where this needs to be fixed.

We have 2 bedrooms with carpet and have underfloor heating. We would like to change the carpet to Amtico flooring like the rest of the house.

Have about 17m2 of Cellecta Screedboards to install. The boards are 28mm boards, the felt layers need to be removed before installation. Adhesive will be provided but installer will need to bring other tools. Ideally need to start by 8am on Sunday. - Due date: Needs to be done on Sunday, 21 January 2024

Post removal of very old 50 year old  carpet infested with mice and moths etc, which did have  bad smell, probably due to mouse urine. Floorboards still smell but not so much. Need ideas on removal of smell if washing fails. Possible try sanding. Do: Lift floor some boards & check for rotten joists and floorboards, repair squeaky boards, repair damaged boards. Fill any holes in floorboards so mice can't get through again and fill hole in a patch of concrete.  check if any dead rodents etc. Clean under floorboards space, 2 feet gap under boards.
