Repair of laminate floor, had to be lifted by plumber to repair pipe.

Taking up laminate damaged wooden flooring and replacing with new flooring. Unsure if the whole room need redoing or just the damaged areas.

We need the floorboards fixed and the carpet to be refitted in a small section of the hallway and the bedroom. Essentially, there was a leak in one of the pipes under the floorboards which is why we had to remove the carpet in that area and the floorboard to access the pipe. There are 3 spots where this needs to be fixed.

Labour only, price negotiable. Sand and repair living room floor boards. Previously covered with carpet, boards are original from 1950’s. There is also a tiled area which we believe are asbestos, these will need to be removed. Boards are in mostly good condition just have paint and marks on them, some areas are chipped. 4.30m x 4.20m

There is a section in the through lounge where the floorboards keep squeaky and a small section in the hallway where the floorboard looks as if it needs to be screwed down.

Need help repairing creaking stairs

Need to finish installing vinyl tiles in my 1 bedroom flat. The room is completely covered with the vinyl & the living room just a wee bit left. Both need Scotia Beading.

Small landing area. 5 planks of engineered board and 2 nosings to be installed by bonding to the existing timber subfloor. All other timber was installed. This area was going to be carpet but have is now changed to wood.

Wood laminate damage from heat There’s a heat mark on a laminate kitchen worktop caused by a warm baking tray. The clear top layer has become visibly damaged — it looks like slight bubbling or surface melting along the rim of the tray. The affected area is contained and around the size of an A5 sheet. Looking for someone experienced in repairing laminate surfaces — ideally able to fill, re-texture and recolour the area to blend it back in. Would like it done as soon as possible.

I need help in blending the paint that I put on top of a dried wood putty due to scratches on the laminated wood floors.
