1,112 sq foot office, need to replace carpet for hard wearing similar style and grade throughout. We are on three floors, there are two sets of stairs.

It switches on, motor is working, sounds like it's working, brush is rotating, and the water is ejected when the trigger is pushed. But there is no suction. Hello! We are needing works to the ground floor and stairs of our property. The laminate needs replacing in the living/dining room along with the skirting boards (they have already been removed). In the hallway the laminate needs removing and replacing with tiles. The skirting boards also need replacing in the hallways. The carpet needs removing on the stairs and a runner to be installed with thr floor underneath primed and painted white. We will provide all materials. Floor plan attached, as mentioned it is only the living room/dining room plus stairs.
