It has a radiator, so please state whether your offer includes working behind or removing/refitting it. I’ll supply the wallpaper. * Test a discreet section of the painted wooden handrail. If the timber is suitable, strip and sand the handrail and apply a clear matte/satin finish. * Prepare and repaint the white staircase spindles, plus minor touch-ups to the newel post and stair stringer. * In the lounge, carefully remove old masking tape, make good any pulled edges and complete minor wall/ceiling paint touch-ups. Do not strip the full handrail until I approve the test area. Therefore please quote separately for this part of the job. Please protect the flooring, stair carpet and furniture, and leave everything clean and tidy. I can supply the paint and wallpaper. Please confirm which other materials are included and that you have suitable equipment for the high staircase areas. Include your estimated duration, availability, cost breakdown, relevant experience and photos/reviews. My £1,400 budget is based on the anticipated work and I have limited flexibility. Please only offer if you can complete the job reasonably close to this amount. I won’t consider substantially higher offers without a clear explanation. The job must be booked and paid for entirely through Airtasker. No cash jobs or off-platform payment arrangements.

The kitchen sink is already perfectly fitted and sitting inside the countertop cutout. I just need a handyman to crawl underneath to tighten the mounting clips it came with so it is supported, and connect the plastic waste pipe/P-trap underneath. It is a straightforward job which should not take longer than an hour. All parts should be there.

Current kitchen tap is leaking. We have bought a replacement tap but are having trouble removing the flexihoses (specifically the hot one, it's just an awkward angle), to remove the old tap and attach the new ones.
