E1 error on portable air conditioning unit - tried everything online but can’t seem to make the error code disappear and it’s leaking

Purchased 2013 customised Honda CBF125 (cafe racer style) last week. Number plate fell off on ride home. Bike has two main issues (that I’m aware of) Threaded/Stripped Sump Plug: The oil drain plug on the crankcase is stripped and will not seal. I need a thread repair (such as drilling/tapping to a larger size or fitting an insert) and an oil change. Electrical Short to Frame: The rear number plate fell off, tearing the number plate light wiring. The exposed live wires touched the metal frame, causing a direct short. Now, a constant red light is showing (likely FI or Engine Management Light).

The room only has 1 double socket, and we're looking to see if it's feasible to add another, on the opposite side of the room. I think the wall is thick concrete type blocks.
