1. Extractor fan stopped working.. no idea if electrical or otherwise but need a new unit I expect and uninstall old and install new 2. Bathroom ceiling lights are a horrible bright white light like you’re in the dentist, anyway, tried to remove the bulb and it looks like it’s a connected unit to a wire ‘integral LED’ want these removed potentially and replaced with replaceable bulbs ( or maybe a dimmer on the wall if these can be dimmed, either or) 3. Want to box in the copper piping around the flat, also boxing in some exposed piping below the sink 4. We’re fitting a few bookcases, want to box them in

Rewire of lamp - conversion from Japanese wiring to uk wiring & plug.
