Mahmoud was polite, punctual and very professional through the whole visit. He showed and exemplary attitude in the care of our home. He resolved and repaired the fault with ease, he then thoroughly tested the repair and spent another 20 minutes or so checking and double checking that everything was fine and that I was happy with his work. I cannot recommend Mahmoud highly enough.

I have installed a lamp in the ceiling. However the light never quite turns off so I would need a rewiring done and to fit the lamp properly to the ceiling. Whoever does the task needs to have a small ladder to reach the ceiling. I have a small one but would be uncomfortable to work with unless you are at least 1m90cm tall.
