I have an old cooker that doesnt work to be disconnected and a new electric cooker installed. Im not sure if the old cooker is gas or electric

The ducting for our cooker hood is far too narrow. The builders apparently drilled a hole of only 110mm, 150mm is what is usually required. We discovered this after a kitchen update. There is a lot of noise caused by back pressure on the fan. Looking for someone to core drill this better. Thanks

Need to switch from gas to electric oven

When I’m trying to turn on the cooker it doesn’t light up nor make any sound. The other 3 is working just one of them isn’t

When I turn the electrics on or plug it in, the light comes on and can feel the cooling mechanism boot up, but then after a couple of seconds it shuts off again, turns itself back on again and so on over and over again.
