Immediate job — moving two heavy items between floors (all internal, no transport needed): A large, heavy solid-wood IKEA day bed to be moved from the top floor down to the first floor. It can be dismantled to make it easier (flat-pack) and reassembled — happy for you to take it apart. A heavy executive desk to be moved from the first floor down to the ground floor and into the garage. I'm happy to disassemble it ahead of the work, as I've done it several times. It's a three-storey house and both items are very heavy — especially the desk's drawer unit, which is still very heavy even after full disassembly — so I'd want a team of 2–3 people. A previous two-person attempt failed because they underestimated the weight, so please come prepared. I'd estimate around 2–3 hours for both moves. Potential follow-up work: I'm looking to convert the garage into a home office once the desk is moved in, so there's likely decorating work to follow — walls, flooring, and general fit-out.
