Vincent was great. Responded so quickly and on site as promised same day. Kindly followed up post issue. Issue arose again through no fault of Vincent’s but due to an ongoing fault with the make and model and Vincent was very quick to respond and will sort over zoom. Would deffo hire again.

Sorted my problems out and also gave me some tuition on how to do certain IT things. Can not recommend enough. Will definitely use again if have any other problems. I honestly couldn't recommend Mohamed highly enough. He is lovely to deal with, is patient, kind and put a huge amount of work into fixing the second printer I gave him. He even installed WIFI in it for me which I thought was impossible.

To set up a new printer, a Brother printer, connecting by cable, and to link it to a computer and laptop. Also to set up two speakers on my computer.
He set up the printer up for me, and made sure it works on my computer and laptop, both printing and scanning functions, fixed audio on my pc, and relocated it so easier to use. Fantastic job, did well over what was asked to do, showed me how everything works as well. Incredibly patient and explains everything really well. Delighted and he really knows his stuff. Would very strongly recommend.

After installing a new printer cartridge my Epson Workforce Pro WF-4820 has stopped functioning correctly. The print quality for the black cartridge is bad. I am also unable to change the cartridges now, when open the printer it gives me a close the scanner unit error, even when the scanner lid is closed. I think the hinge for the scanner unit is loose or the sensor maybe faulty. I have enclosed a photo of the problem and a example of poor print of a black ink document
