There are some large items of furniture that will need to be disassembled first so they can fit in the skip. I would suggest at least two people due to some heavy lifting and most of the furniture being on the first floor. There is also some general waste to be cleared from a ground floor warehouse. The skip is already on site I just need it filled. Tools for dismantling the furniture would be an advantage.

I’m looking for a reliable, energetic and trustworthy local person to help me clear and organise a garage in the Petts Wood/Orpington area, starting tomorrow (Friday 21 August). The garage contains a mixture of personal and business items accumulated over time. The work will involve: * Sorting items into KEEP / SELL / DONATE / RECYCLE / DISPOSE * Moving boxes and household items * Helping identify and carefully set aside items that may have value * Packing and labelling items for storage * Taking photographs of items that may be sold * Helping leave the garage clear, clean and organised This is not simply a rubbish-clearance job — I need someone patient and sensible who can work alongside me and follow instructions carefully. I need help moving a Miele wine fridge down a small flight of stairs to my basement (which already has both a washing machine and tumble dryer). I don’t want to lift this myself and believe someone with a stair climbing trolley and the right straps could do it more safely than me.

We are moving house and need our loft/attic cleared out. This should not take no more than an hour. Job requires to go up a ladder and into our attic and take everything down. I need help moving a 55kg fridge from street level down to the lower-ground level of the same property. As shown by the red arrow in the photo, the fridge needs to be carefully lowered from street level directly to the lower level and then moved through the door. There are no stairs and no van or transportation is required. I need 2 experienced movers with the appropriate equipment to lower the fridge safely without damaging the fridge or the property.
