Rebecca sent me a cleaner that could not communicate in English, I specifically asked that she arrive at 8:30am to complete the kitchen for the end of tenancy clean, as I had another appointment at 9am I had already prepared the oven with chemicals a few hours before, so it would not be so time consuming. The cleaner arrived late and did a rushed job as she was running out of time and had to go to her next job.
