Absolutely terrible service! Large areas were left completely untouched, with cobwebs, dust, and dirt still visible throughout the property. It looked like no real cleaning was done at all. Worst of all, the promised steam cleaning of the carpets never happened. Totally unprofessional and a complete waste of money, for which I did get a partial refund — I would never use or recommend this company again!
