I want the old sealent removed from the kitchen, clean thoughouly and then put the new sealant to seal sides of kitchen top, around hob and sink in a very clean manner to make it look posh. Only skilled worker needed. Kitchen is small.

Route 7 metres of 6mm Twin & Earth cable under the kitchen plinth to the new hob. Install a 45A isolator switch inside a low-level cupboard. The cooker seems to be faulty. When i was cooking yesterday the fuse switch went down. Today I noticed the big cooker is stuck on the highest heat irrespective on whether you put it on the lowest setting. The cooker switch now will not allow me to turn it off.
