Hello, Re switch: We've had someone come in from AirTasker previously to do a few jobs who also replaced a dimmer switch but, in all honesty, made a mess of it. We'd like it done properly this time. Re extractor fan: We haven't used the extractor fan since moving in but it always had a rattle as if the fan is hitting something. I am under the impression there is a lose wire or another component that's causing this. I believe that this isn't a full on repair job but rather just getting inside and adjusting things a bit, which I currently can't do due to some mobility issues.

My cooker electric hob is flashing with 6's and not working. Need an electrician to look and fix this. Have attached pictures. Believe it is a malfunctioning power board. The flat upstairs leaked a week ago, so this could be a bi-product of this. Thanks
