Install an integrated washer/dryer, induction hob and oven. There are existing appliance installed so I'm replacing them in my flat. My bottom oven fan is not spinning and so it’s not heating up

My oven (Lamona LAM3401) is not heating up. The dials switch on and so does the fan, so it appears to be the heating element that has broken. Looking for someone to investigate this and potentially replace the element / necessary parts
