My Envirovent EnergiSava 200 system has stopped working. It first stopped a few days ago. On the control panel (see picture) lights for A and B are flashing. It started working again for a few hours this morning (although with a much weaker suction through the ceiling ducts) but has now gone off again - with the same light pattern described above. I have an electric oven where the hob works, but the oven doesn’t. I think the internal heating element is broken and I can’t fix it myself.

I am looking for a qualified electrician to install my new Beko oven into the electrical supply. There is a 3-pin plug socket beside the cooker (see photo) but this needs specialist hard-wiring with a 32 amp (?) fuse.

Hi there, The window in the bedroom won’t close. I think the lock is broken. The oven has broken down. There is no heat, just the fan working. And the cooker hobs go on and off so none of them stay on to be able to cook. Also, when I try to use the microwave, the fuse always goes down in the fuse box and then all of the plug sockets in the living room stop working including the microwave. There is also a light in the living area which is constantly flickering. Thanks, Ruth
