Hi, I’m looking for a certified and insured gas engineer to (a) disconnect an old gas hob before 27 Feb to be taken away for recycled and (b) install a new combi gas hob and oven, as well as an extractor unit on or after 27 Feb. The main gas supply is located outside of the flat would require a long ladder to access. Thanks

Oven installation (electric)

The glass which holds the handle to the oven got shattered and I want to fix it

Recently had a leak, and plumber discovered that some piping had become 'energised' (i.e. had a current through it). Turned off the electrics at the fuse box, but upon turning the fuse back on, the oven no longer turns on. Unclear what caused the initial issue (kitchen was fully replaced just a few years back, so wiring should be sound), or what is now wrong with the oven (not qualified to check fuses in different places etc.). Oven is only a few years old. I presume it’s a broken fuse, but not sure where.

Under my oven there is a large gap where there should be a kick board. This gap has now become a rodent entry point🐀! So needs to be securely sealed off.

Old oven remove and new oven fit

I have removed a double oven from my kitchen and am replacing with a smaller, single electric oven. I need this fitted with a panel. I have an electric socket already installed - see photo The oven is Bosch Series 2 Built In Electric Single Oven, HHF113BR0B, HHF113BA0B The old oven was Bosch Series 2 MHA133BR0B Built In Electric Double Oven, Stainless steel

I need my electric oven to be installed . It however did not come with the cable that is supposed to be attached to it so I would need someone to also provide the wire aswell. I will provide a photo of the make of the machine

Old oven shown in photos will be removed on Wednesday 18th. New Indesit 60x60 oven arrives between 7am-7pm. Need installation ideally that evening

The knobs on the top of my gas oven hob are stuck

Two oven control knobs have broken — on one the plastic inserts inside the knobs snapped and a small part of the insert has fallen inside the control panel. The second one is just wonky fitted from trying to fix it, it just needs to be screwed correctly. The oven itself still works, but the controls cannot be turned normally. John Lewis came to install my oven, 20 Amp on the fuse box, but the oven is 16Amp, so I need a new 16Amp fuse on the fuse box and hard wire new oven into position. I can confirm it fits the space. Old oven not there, so just need the new oven fitted please.

My oven (Lamona LAM3401) is not heating up. The dials switch on and so does the fan, so it appears to be the heating element that has broken. Looking for someone to investigate this and potentially replace the element / necessary parts
