Fuse box switch caused a minor power cut in my flat. I flipped the switch back on and everything works fine, except my electric oven. I have a Bosch built under double oven HBN 43B2.0 B Black. The bottom fan oven has stopped working. It was pre-heating one day and then the fan stopped moving and the light went off. It no longer heats up. I think something might've blown as there was small burning smell when it happened briefly. The top oven works fine. Can you help?

Fishy smell from oven. Someone from Domex has come round to look at the oven. He said the oven works completely fine. He said he did note the fishy smell and said it could point to an issue with the main electrics but not the oven itself. He recommended for an electrician to come round and take a look at the electrics properly to make sure there isn’t a potentially dangerous fault.
