I have purchased the replacement knob and the support part—one labeled “knob” (part number 10024778) and one labeled “support” (part number 10004592). I need someone to replace the broken internal fitting and attach the new control knob.

Fishy smell from oven. Someone from Domex has come round to look at the oven. He said the oven works completely fine. He said he did note the fishy smell and said it could point to an issue with the main electrics but not the oven itself. He recommended for an electrician to come round and take a look at the electrics properly to make sure there isn’t a potentially dangerous fault.
