Carry an oven and a dishwasher down three flights of stairs

Door seal needs replacing and cooker needs a clean as I cannot do myself anymore. Max budget is £75

Top floor of maisonette external extractor fan vent is missing, need it replaced. Double ladder will be needed to reach it

Oven turns on but does not heat up.

Oven of Hotpoint brand: the rubber seal of the main door is damaged and needs replacement. We need someone to find the right rubber seal for the specific oven, remove the old one and install the new one.

I would like to integrate a hob and oven. I would like someone who has experience with this and has access to materials and tools to get this job done. Open to advice.

Oven keeps cutting out and tripping the electric

I need a qualified electrician to fit a new electric oven (see pic) and, in order to make space, to remove fitted cabinet (see pic). Cabinet needs to be taken to the garden (which is just outside the kitchen).

My bottom oven fan is not spinning and so it’s not heating up

The fuse of my oven doesn't work since the light and fan can work but there is no heat at all.

The oven tripped the fusebox and then wouldn’t come back on. It was recently installed (hard wired) so we need to fix that. Presumably the fuse on the oven itself has blown. Would need to take the oven out of its slot. The other job is to replace a light fitting as the bulb and the thing that houses the bulb has come off so there are two wires only. Need to replace with a standard light fitting.

My AEG oven trips the fuse box when it heats up. An engineer has examined it and said it needs a new ring element and possibly thermostat. He does not have the items in stock. It is an AEG B5741-5-M. Does anyone have these two parts and is able to install them for me? Thanks.

I need the grill in my oven repaired, as well as the internal oven light fixed and the internal seal around the oven, which has come loose, put back in place.

Need a reliable handyman with Van, to safely remove - Kitchen cabinets & top -Gas oven -Washing Machine -Fridge Freezer -Sink -2 Seater sofa (from living room) I am on 1st floor stair flat (12 steps), no lift. I can help with carry. All these to be taken to recycle center. It has to be done, start sharpe 10am, on 20th Feb.
