Not only did he do a great job installing the fridge and hooking up the plumbing but also went above and beyond and levelled the doors making sure all was tip top. Hi, My Samsung Frost free fridge freezer (RL39SBMS) is no longer cooling and freezing as before. I did a 24 hour defrost (switched off) a month ago and this did help rectify the problem, but the problem returned two weeks later. I was away for five days recently, so defrosted the appliance for the five days I was away. Turned it back on my return. Both fridge and freezer now work like fridges, circulating cool air. The fan seems to be working, but the freezer is no longer freezing.
