Looking for a handyman or experienced gyprocker to gyprock, flush and install cornices in two rooms. Room sizes: * 3900 x 5600 * 3900 x 2460 Existing walls are bare besser block. I already have enough gyprock sheets for the smaller bedroom, but happy for you to supply your own materials as well if preferred. Flexible with timing. Open to reasonable quotes.

Looking for someone to install a cornice and flush/sand one wall and a boxed area. Also need a few repairs where Gyprock paper has ripped off and screw holes in room need repair.

Need small textured render repair to front entry wall/corner of house. A pallet was accidentally knocked into the rendered corner near my front door, causing a section of the textured render/coating to chip away (see photo). Looking for someone experienced with render or texture coat repairs who can patch, texture match, and repaint/blend the area neatly. Located in Adelaide. Please quote including materials if possible. There was a blind attached to the wall and the bracket pulled out leaving a hole.

Need a power point installed external on a brick veneer wall. There is a power point internally directly inside the wall. It is under cover outside so no special durability is required.

2 quick jobs needed at home: - cut a piece of trim and stick it on the floor as the piece came off (I have the trim) - toilet roll holder wasn’t installed properly I don’t think, as it always drops even as many times it’s been tightened so trying to fix this so it doesn’t loosen
