Attach a 20ft awning to my 40ft coach motorhome

Hi, I need someone to re-render this wall, this technically my neighbor’s wall, however he agreed to fix the rendering that his contractor did. As you can see, the rendering was not done properly and need to redo. I have measured the area, it is 6 meters long and 2.1 height. This job is very flexible, it can be done anytime within the next 6 months. This needs to be done professionally. Please let me know your quote if you’re interested in this task. Please give me a reasonable quote, otherwise my neighbor won’t agree to fix it. My neighbor has given me a bag of rendering materials and (Surfmist) exterior paint. He was planning to do it himself. I disagreed with his approach. We agreed to get the rendering professional to do it if the price is reasonable Thank you!

Brick in the gap in the fence and render or crazy pave finish

I need a licensed electrician to safely disconnect and remove two adjacent wall outlets (one double power point and one TV antenna port), as shown in the attached photo. The job requires isolating the power, safely terminating/capping off the live wires behind the wall cavity, and removing the plastic faceplates and mounting brackets. I do not need the wall plastered or patched by the electrician—I just need the outlets safely removed and the wires pushed back so the wall is ready for patching.

To patch up/fix a hole in the wall

I moved my sauna from my warehouse to my house and now it won’t turn on. Eveyrhing is all correctly plugged in to my knowledge It’s a Kylin 2 perosn sauna

Plaster ceiling in garage dropping/ sagging in the middle. Need help to be secure it back in place.

Disconnect 2 power points and the kitchen rangehood ready for kitchen renovations and installation of a new splash back. Approximately 4 weeks later the power points and the rangehood will need to be reinstalled.

I have some small damage to walls (probably about a dozen small 20cm sized holes around the house from mishaps), repairs that have been made to the gyprock but not finished off, some leaking that has been repaired but the gyprock needs to be fixed and a large 1 metre square panel next to an access panel that was poorly repaired. I am also currently getting some electrical work done that may need some repairing of gyprock after installation. This job will not need to be done until after the 16th July.

Damage to ceiling gyprock due to an accident several months ago. Scope of work needed: Remove the protective sheeting. Prepare and Clean the ceiling framing. Supply and Install new 10 mm thick ceiling grade plasterboard in approx. 12 m2. Cut holes x 3 for ceiling downlights into new gyprock sheet. Back block edge joints. Fill, Tape and Flush the abutting edges. Sand over the applied fillers ready for painting.

4 verandah panels have cracked and are leaking when raining. Need replacing. Person needs to buy panels and replace.

Repair some nail holes make surface good and paint over (supplied) Paint one wall, repair minor damage to two internal doors, make good and paint.

Render hole patch in facade

Plumbing required to lower vanity tap and washing machine taps lower so that a new vanity and laundry bench can be installed , will need someone who can cut out gyprock to get to the pipes and then patch up . Need to supply and install washing machine valve and connect to washing machine.After a new laundry sink is installed will need to connect sink and new mixer tap.

Looking for someone to install a cornice and flush/sand one wall and a boxed area. Also need a few repairs where Gyprock paper has ripped off and screw holes in room need repair.

Hang a number of framed pictures on walls. A few on plaster over brick walls, rest on gyprock and study walls. Have some fittings. May need to supply others.

Need small textured render repair to front entry wall/corner of house. A pallet was accidentally knocked into the rendered corner near my front door, causing a section of the textured render/coating to chip away (see photo). Looking for someone experienced with render or texture coat repairs who can patch, texture match, and repaint/blend the area neatly. Located in Adelaide. Please quote including materials if possible. Experience with acrylic render/texture coat preferred.
