Looking for experienced tiler to tile 7sqm verandah. Area has been prepped and is ready to go. Tiles purchased from reputable supplier and are 200x200. Everything will be supplied - tiles, grout, adhesive and spaces.

One of my back verandah posts has rusted through at the base and needs replacing. The other posts are fine — this is just for one post. Looking for someone experienced with verandahs or structural work to: • Brace the verandah safely • Remove the damaged steel post • Supply and install a new galvanised steel post (plain finish is fine — vines will grow over it) • Mount it on a base plate, not directly into the concrete • Make sure it’s level and secure Easy ground-level access. Please include both labour and materials in your quote.

I have four blinds I’d like attached to my back verandah. May or may not be straight forward as metal edge of pergola is thin metal and hollow behind it not solid metal. Not sure if strong enough to hold blinds. Maybe some timber behind it might give it extra support to drill into(?) Please come and have a look first if you like before submitting offer.

Ignore budget as I'm not sure - just after options / budget quotes right now. Corrugated (Longspan profile) 18m Long x 4m (panel length) wide. Mounted to 150*50 C Channel on 5 Wooden Upright posts. Roof panels breaking free from C Channel which is appears to be rusting quite badly. Option 1 - Clean, Treat and Paint C Channel and refasten roof panels. Option 2 - Replace all C Channel (any suitable material) Reuse / repair roof panels if salvageable. Posts should be ok. Option 3 - ?

Need front verandah posts top and bottom painted with 3 coats ,paint to use must be good quality exterior timber paint such as Wattyl solargard low sheen orDulux weathersield in monument black colorbond , there are 11 posts in front and around side , the rear verandah and balcony does not need to be painted . Apart from the posts the top and middle fascia’s need painting and the hand rails also , not the roof fascia ,shown as blue in the photo. Also need to clean and rust proof the bolts and nails in the timber which is causing staining . also please give price to remove bolts in all 11 posts at balcony level (think 2 each post )with stainless steel bolts to stop rust streaks in future thanks Max

Unscrew shift and refasten approx 13 sheets of verandah to create no gaps. Rattling air vent - rescrew to stop rattle.

We need approximately 30sqm of brick pavers to be relayed, levelled and pressed on our dining verandah. We have 3 x pallets of spare bricks if required

Concrete/slate edging pieces 1850 mm long x 350mm wide x 40 mm deep cracked and needs replacing. One of the pieces has verandah post bolted to it.

3 posts holding up roof have rotted at base. There are metal 'cups' at the base. i have been told this can be fixed by getting taller cups and cutting of rotted part of posts.
