Our existing batwing gates to our verandah are rotten and need to be removed. We have new gates to replace them and need these to be hung following removal of the old gates. (new gates shown next to existing gates in 3rd picture) We will provide new hinges and a drop-bolt an would like to reuse the existing key/latch if possible. The new gates are slightly too tall so approx. 1cm will need to be planed off the bottom prior to installation.

Verandah outdoor blinds childproof

Verandah is approx 8 x 6m. Entire gyprock ceiling has detached from frame. It is currently held up by a prop and the ceiling fan. The gyprock needs to be all pulled down and a new lot put up.

Job for a carpenter (QBCC carpentry license) with experience in building backyard patios/verandas only. Initially only require posts/beams, decking subframe and joists (roof and flooring later potentially c@sh). The entire project is for a backyard verandah and tuffloor balcony attached to a two storey house. Stratco materials, product and engineering plans available (sample pictured). Dates flexible including weekends but the earlier finished the better. Home owner with extensive building experience may be available to help.

Our verandah walls have surface mould (that wipes off) and looking to have it removed/cleaned properly so it doesn't come back. We clean every few months with warm sugar soap water and it wipes off easily, but it eventually comes back
