Install an awning outside

I need an old awning window removed and a new window re-hung. I already have the new window (see photos). It should be a quick job to remove and replace. But the top of the window is approx 4m above the ground

Painter to paint verandah etc

I have 7x awnings which require the shell to be resprayed, along with any small rust spots removed. You must be familiar with spring loaded / auto spring awnings. Know how to remove and set locking pins, any rivets that need to be removed reinserted. There are no tears to material. I’ll remove and give a wash to them. If you are not experienced or not familiar with awnings do not accept task. I’m after a quote for 7x clean and outer shell respray only. With awnings tested prior and ready to be installed working. I have a 110m2 house that has been bagged and painted. Seems sound but was done over clinker bricks as well as pretty rough finish to edges and vents. I’d like to have the house rendered with a fine finish and crisp edges. Need quote and advise. I have no idea to estimate this as it requires work that’s different to just rending for the first time

Paint a Rendererd wall and small panel on house

We would like the outside of our house painted a different color just the rendered area only. We may look at having the garage door painted too and also the driveway if it is a reasonable price. Flexible on when this needs to happen.

Needing a few small patches rendered ASAP . I have the paint to paint it so can be done in any light colour. Pulled a few posts down and didn’t realise it was rendered around them. Needed it done by end of Friday

Where the old heater unit used to be, there are two holes, these bed to be covered and the area rendered. Colour doesn’t matter as house is to be painted. Also another larger area down side of house that was never rendered, still exposed brick, approx 10m2, to be rendered, any colour. At front of house, concrete rendered garden bed edging to be removed and bottom level of bricks when exposed, to be rendered, any colour. - Due date: Flexible
