Looking to add more power points in bedrooms and change switches to new switches

I have 1 power point in lounge that has fan and light on one switch that needs replacing and three in the kitchen that also need replacing

Water leak has damaged interior garage Gyprock ceiling. Remove and replace approximately 1.5 sheets of Gyprock and approximately 5.5m of cornice. Remove or work around ceiling light. I can assist with the job if needed. No painting required Preferably not needing to remove garage door, should be enough space above door to work around it. No idea how much to price this at.

I need somebody to disconnect the PowerPoint in the kitchen for the cabinets to be removed. I also need a small exhaust fan installed in the bathroom replacing the old one.

Need to have someone render a section of exterior wall, rendered to match the current rendering texture. This matching is a must. This patch repaired area is from an old wall air conditioner that was removed. Right now I’m offering for this one small project.
